Navigating Your Trestle Dashboard as a Trade Partner

The dashboard is your home base for managing prequalifications in Trestle. Designed for simplicity and ease of use, it provides all the tools you need to manage your relationships with general contractors (GCs). From the dashboard, you can take three key actions:

Key Actions on the Dashboard

• Start Prequalifications with a New General Contractor
  • Use the Claim Code feature to begin the prequalification process with a GC you’ve never worked with before.
  • Simply click the Claim Code button and enter the unique ID provided in your prequalification request.

• Check Your Current Qualification Status
  • Review your qualification status with existing GCs in the Prequalification Overview section

• Click on the Details icon within a GC’s card to:
  • View your current grade.
  • Check your report card for areas of improvement.
  • Edit a previously submitted qualification, if needed.

• Complete and Submit Incomplete Qualifications
  • On the left side of the dashboard, you’ll find a list of qualifications awaiting your attention:
    • New Requests: Prequalifications that haven’t been started yet.
    • Incomplete Submissions: Qualifications that are in progress but not yet submitted.
  • Select any item to complete and submit the required information.

• Stay Organized: The dashboard helps you keep track of both new and ongoing prequalification requests.
• Optimize Your Grades: Regularly review your report card in the Prequalification Overview section to identify areas for improvement.
• Quick Access: Use the Claim Code feature to swiftly start new prequalifications with ease.
