What's inside a project's profile?

Understand what's shown in a project profile page

Project Profiles include basic information to give your team members a reference point when leaving or viewing vendor reviews. At a minimum, the profile should include:

  • Name - Name of the project to be displayed
  • Project Contract Value - Total value of the project contract
  • Project Code - Internal job code specific to your organization. This should not be the project owner's contract number
  • Project Type - The project delivery method
  • Status - The status of the project
  • Start & End Date - NTP and Substantial Completion dates. These dates will be used to set up automatic review requests for all vendors working on the project.
  • Owner - The project owner, contracting agency, or developer
  • City & State - Location information of the project
  • Description - Summary overview of the project scope of work
  • Vendors - A grid layout of all of the vendors that were involved in the project
