The Sentiment Score is a rating from 0-100 that represents how members of your organization feel about working with a specific vendor again in the future. The higher the score, the greater the sentiment forwards the vendor and willingness to work with that vendor again.
Sentiment Scores are displayed in the Vendor Profile next to the vendor's name. Hovering over the score will provide an explanation as well.
The score is collected as part of each review using the sentiment slider
