All reviews questions can be categorized into one of the following types:
- Star Rating - Short questions that can be answered using a rating scale from 1-5
- Yes / No - Specific questions that require a "yes" or "no" response. The admin can require further written explanation based on the initial response.
- General Feedback - Long form written feedback.
- Sentiment - A sliding scale for the reviewer to indicate if they would work with the vendor again in the future.
The Star Rating, Yes/No, and General Feedback questions can be customized based on your organization and team needs. The other question types are default and cannot be changed.
