Setting up review groups for a comprehensive view

Best practice on how to set up review groups to capture the most data on vendors

Diverse review groups give your organization the clearest picture on how a specific vendor performs work on your projects and interacts with all of the teams in your organization.

Trestle suggests by default the following categories:

  • Leadership
  • Project Management
  • Estimating
  • Procurement
  • Safety
  • Marketing
  • Legal

Additional groups can also be created using the +Create Team button.

The Review Groups correspond directly to the Review Overview Graph on a vendor's profile.

💡Tip
It's best practice to have many departments engaged in leaving reviews. This can be managed by creating Review Groups and assigning unique questions to each.
