Within each prequalification criteria, you have the option to enable an inbound form. When enabled, Trestle generates a unique website URL specifically for the criteria you are working on. These URLs are customized for your organization and remain private, ensuring they cannot be shared or modified by anyone outside your company.

The purpose of this automated website is to provide your organization with a convenient inbound form for collecting vendor information before sending out a prequalification request. Here are some ways you can use these forms:
- Add the link to your company website: Vendors can access the form directly, select the appropriate prequalification criteria, and submit their information through a self-serve process.
- Include the link in email communications: Share the URL with vendors for specific projects, directing them to the correct prequalification criteria without needing to send individual requests.
Once a vendor submits information via the inbound form, Trestle automatically processes it:
- For existing vendors: They will be assigned the corresponding prequalification criteria and can submit their prequalification immediately.
- For new vendors: Their information will appear in your vendor database under the "Prequal Inbound" section. Here, you can review each submission to verify the vendor’s legitimacy before adding them to your overall database and sending a formal prequalification request.
By leveraging inbound forms, you streamline the collection of vendor information, reduce manual effort, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for both new and existing vendors.
