Having a central location easily accessible by all your teams not only saves time but also reduces errors and miscommunication. Within each Vendor Profile you can not only upload general supporting documents like bonds and insurance but also project specific information like contracts and change orders.
Project specific documents can be linked to the specific project so they are searchable in the future and provide added context.
To upload documents, simply go to the Vendor Profile page of the specific vendor and click on the Document Drawer button on the top right.

The Document Drawer sidebar will open and display all currently stored documents as well as the ability to upload new documents by clicking the upload section and dropping the desired documents in place
