Having a comprehensive set of questions for each team is critical for understanding how vendors are performing for your organization on projects.
Go to the Settings page using the button at the top navigation bar. Click on the Review Questions tab in the settings page to access and manage review questions.

Click on the +Add Question button.

Choose the type of question you want to create.

A Yes/No question will prompt the reviewer to answer yes or no. You can select to request additional explanations by the reviewer by using the toggles.

A Rating question will ask the reviewer to evaluate something on a scale of 0-5, 0 being the lowest and 5 being the highest.

A General Feedback question will allow the reviewer to answer in their own words. You can make this question optional using the toggle.
