Sending Bulk Prequalification Requests in Trestle

Need to invite a group of vendors to qualify for a specific criteria configuration? Trestle’s bulk request feature makes it quick and easy. Follow these steps to streamline the process.

How to Use the Bulk Request Feature

1. Navigate to the Vendor Page

  1. From the top menu bar in Trestle, go to the Vendor page.

2. Curate Your Vendor List

  1. Use the search and filter functions to create a precise list of vendors you want to invite.
  2. Once satisfied with the curated list, click the "Select Multiple Vendors" button at the top right to enable bulk selection

3. Refine Your Selection

  1. Further narrow down your list by individually selecting vendors.
  2. Use the "Select All" toggle to include everyone on the list if needed.
  3. Initiate the Bulk Request
    • Click the "Invite to Qualify" button to open the bulk request menu on the right side of the screen.

4. Configure the Request

  1. In the pop-up menu:
    • Review the list of selected vendors.
    • Confirm the main points of contact for each vendor.
    • Select the specific criteria you want the vendors to qualify against.
    • Choose an appropriate email template to notify vendors of the request.

5. Prevent Duplicate Requests

  1. Trestle ensures that no vendor receives duplicate requests for the same criteria configuration, preventing unnecessary emails.
