The easiest way to add multiple vendors to Trestle is by contacting Customer Support.
To add individual vendors, simply navigate to the Vendors page using the button at the top navigation bar and click on the Add button.
Fill in all applicable fields in the pop up window and click the Save button to create the new vendor.
An EIN is required when creating a vendor. If you do not have it, you can enter in a placeholder number. However, keep in mind that Trestle will not be able to connect that vendor to existing information Trestle has across it's database until you fill in the correct EIN number.
💡Tip
When entering diversity certifications, it's crucial to use the same naming format for Certification Type and Certifying Agency.
This allows Benchmark to verify the validity and expiration dates of each certificate against the certifying agency's database and display the information in the vendor's profile for you.
