The easiest way to create a new project is through integrations with your organizations cost control or accounting system. If you do not have integrations yet, please contact 📞 Customer Support.
To add individual projects manually, navigate to the Projects page using the top navigation bar and click the New Project button

Enter all applicable information in the New Project window and click Save to create the project.

- Project Code - Internal job code specific to your organization. This should not be the project owner's contract number
- Name - Name of the project to be displayed
- Project Contract Value - Total value of the project contract
- Owner - The project owner, contracting agency, or developer
- City & State - Location information of the project
- Project Role - Role of the company in the project
- Project Type - The project delivery method
- Status - The status of the project
- Description - Summary overview of the project scope of work
- Start & End Date - NTP and Substantial Completion dates. These dates will be used to set up automatic review requests for all vendors working on the project.
- Archived - The option to archive the project if team assignment or review requests are no longer necessary
