Vendor ratings are calculated as an average of the ratings within each subgroup. For example, the ratings for each specific question are averages of all ratings for that question across all reviews. The rating on the Review Overview Graph for each team is an average of all ratings within that team. The overall vendor rating is an average all team ratings weighted equally. This equal weight is to ensure that smaller teams have the same voice as larger teams such as legal and project teams, respectively.
